Specify by booking, your flight number. The taxi company can advise you when they expect traffic jams. Keep in mind check in times and possible delays on the roads when booking. The taxi company will make every effort to be on time at the airport, but can not be held liable for delays that cause you miss your plane.
An additional pickup address
An additional pickup address in the same town on the way to an airport is generally free. For Amsterdam and surroundings we charge an extra fee. Put the extra pickup address in the comments box. Travel from Schiphol Airport: where is the taxi pick-up point?
Specify your flight number by booking. Immediately after landing call the number of the taxi company on your e-voucher which is sent to you as confirmation of the booking. You can arrange with the driver where the pick-up will be exactly. The driver is expecting you about 30 minutes after landing. Are you seriously delayed at customs or at the baggage claim, contact the driver.
With children in the taxi
According to the Dutch law there are no child seats compulsory in taxis. In the backseat of a taxi children do not need to use a child seat. Children from 3 years and adults have to use the belts. Children under 3 years can sit in a taxi without a child seat or seat belts in the back seat. In the front seat children taller than 1.35 meters and adults must use the seat belt and children under 1.35 meters must use an approved child seat.
